Based on visual inspection, the building has been reported structurally safe and certified for continued use. Periodic maintenance recommended to keep it in serviceable condition. 

 The premises of GMSSSS Katlaheri, Karnal were inspected on 04 July 2025 by the Office of the Civil Surgeon, Karnal (Ref: No. SHC/KNL/2025/817). The campus has been found satisfactory from Sanitation & Hygiene point of view. This certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue.
